In October 2022, the European Union Research and Innovation Program « Horizon 2020″ project  » Twinning in Environmental Data and Dynamical Systems Modelling for Latvia – TED4LAT » started, in which Riga Technical University, Liepāja University, Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences will strengthen its capacity in the field of big data and dynamic modeling in the TED4LAT project. The French INRAE institute will participate with their expertise.
